PORK CHOPS WITH STUFFING 
4 pork chops
3 c. soft bread cubes
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. water
1/8 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 can condensed cream of celery soup
1/3 c. water

Brown pork chops on both sides. Place in shallow baking dish. Lightly mix together the bread cubes, onion, melted butter, 1/4 cup water and poultry seasoning. Place mound of stuffing on each pork chop, blend soup with 1/2 cup of water and pour over chops. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
