PORK CHOPS IN MUSHROOM GRAVY 
6 loin pork chops
1 med. onion, sliced
2 cans Campbell's Golden Mushroom soup
1/2 c. apple juice
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Brown pork chops in small amount of oil. When brown, remove from pan and put in oven proof pan. Add apple juice to pan and cook and stir scraping up brown bits. Add golden mushroom soup and mix well. Stir in salt, pepper and garlic.

Spread sliced onion over pork chops. Pour gravy over it all. Bake covered in 350 degree oven about 1 1/2 hours until pork chops are tender. Serve with Stove Top stuffing and rice.
