HOT CLAM APPETIZERS 
1 (7 oz.) can minced clams
1 lg. pkg. cream cheese
1 sm. onion
2 strips bacon

Cut bacon into small pieces and fry with minced onion. Drain clams and add to cheese. Moisten cheese with clam juice to spreading consistency. Add bacon and onion. Spread on rounds of bread that have been toasted on one side. Pop under broiler until they puff and brown. Serve hot and watch them disappear!
