WATERGATE SALAD | |
1 (3 oz.) pkg. pistachio instant pudding mix 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows 1/2 c. chopped pecans 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip Coconut, if desired Combine pudding mix and undrained pineapple. Add marshmallows and pecans and mix together. Fold in Cool Whip and garnish with coconut. Chill for 2 hours. Serves 8 to 10. |
