FRUIT PIZZA 
DOUGH:

1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. butter
1/2 c. powdered sugar

FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 tsp. vanilla

FRUIT:

Peaches
Pineapple chunks
Pears
Grapes
Bananas, dipped in lemon juice
Strawberries
Cherries
Apricots

GLAZE:

1 c. pineapple juice
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cornstarch

Combine flour, butter, powdered sugar and blend for pie dough. Pat into an 11x14 inch pizza pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool.

Mix together filling ingredients and spread on crust. Slice and arrange fruit on pizza.

Mix glaze ingredients, cooking until thick. Pour over top of fruit. Refrigerate.
