“ORANGE CREAMSICLE PIE” IS IN:
NEXT RECIPE:  PAD THAI WITH SHRIMP

ORANGE CREAMSICLE PIE 
1 reduced-fat graham cracker crust
1 (15 oz can) mandarin oranges in light syrup, drained, syrup reserved
1 (3 oz pkg) sugar-free orange flavored gelatin
1 cup ice cubes
1 (14 oz can) fat-free condensed sweetened milk
16 oz pkg light whipped frozen cream
1/2 tsp. grated orange zest

In a large micro-wave bowl, microwave reserved orange juice on high 10 second intervals until hot. Stir in gelatin until dissolved. Add ice. Stir until thick. Remove any left-over ice. Whisk in milk, let stand 5-10 minutes or until set. Fold in 1 cup whipped topping and zest. Transfer to crust.

Top with orange segments. Refrigerate 6 hours. Spread with remaining whipped topping.
