SALISBURY STEAK 
1 lb. chopped meat
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 sm. chopped onion

Brown patties on both sides in oil. Drain on paper towels.

1 can mushroom soup
1/2 can water

Put meat and sauce back in pan and simmer for 20 minutes. Serves 4.
