SALISBURY STEAK DELUXE 
1 can golden mushroom soup
1 tbsp. mustard
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. horseradish
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. fine bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. parsley

1. Blend soup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and horseradish.

2. Combine beef, 1/4 cup soup mixture, egg, bread crumbs, onion and seasonings. Shape into patties.

3. In skillet brown patties, pour off fat. Stir in remaining soup mixture, water and parsley. Cover and cook over low heat for 20 minutes. Stir now and then.
