Takes about one hour and costs less than $7.50.

1 box yellow cake mix
1 (4 oz.) box instant vanilla pudding
4 eggs
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. water
1 (4 oz.) pkg. German chocolate grated
1 pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped pecans

In bowl of electric mixer combine cake mix, vanilla pudding, eggs, sour cream, oil and water. Mix well. Stir in remaining ingredients and mix again. Grease and flour 10 inch tube pan. Spoon in batter and bake in preheated 350 oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
