SALMON SALAD 
1 (15 oz.) can salmon
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. chopped Kosher dill pickles
3 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1/3 c. salad dressing
3 tbsp. pickle liquid

Drain and flake salmon, removing any bones. Add remaining ingredients. Dilute salad dressing with pickle liquid and add to salmon. Mix thoroughly. A 1/2 teaspoon herb seasoning may be added, if desired.

Wonderful and so easy! I used leftover grilled salmon instead of canned, and added olives and celery. Delicious!

Since I don't like fish of any kind, I was hesitant to try this. Hubby likes salmon so it was out of my love for him that I have started to poach salmon and use the leftovers in a salad the next day.

This recipe is great! Like TTH, I, also, added olives and some chopped pickles. Love the taste! *big grin*
