SISTER PAT'S PUMPKIN CAKE 
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
3 c. flour
3 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs
1 c. pumpkin
2/3 c. water

Sift dry ingredients together. Cream sugar and Wesson oil in separate bowl. Add eggs to creamy mixture and mix well. Add pumpkin. Alternately add dry ingredients and water to creamy mixture, beat together.

Grease and flour pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done. Cool before frosting with Cream Cheese Frosting.

NOTE: If pumpkin is very wet, do not use all the water.
