SISTER PATTY'S "TO DIE FOR" WILD
RICE CASSEROLE
 
1 pkg. (UNCLE BEN'S® original) wild rice
2 tbsp. butter
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 lg. onion, chopped
4 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 lg. tomato, chopped

Cook rice according to package directions. Meanwhile melt butter in skillet and saute celery, onions, mushrooms and tomatoes. Remove from heat and fold into rice. Spoon into a 1 1/2 quart sprayed casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
