PATTI'S MEXICAN RICE 
1 c. uncooked long grain rice
1 jar Rosarita chunky salsa sauce (medium or mild)
1 c. grated medium Bandon cheddar cheese

Prepare rice according to package directions. When rice is done, put in 2 quart casserole dish, mix together with salsa and cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes, or until cheese is melted and dish is heated.
