WILD RICE PATTIES 
4 lbs. ground beef
1 c. wild rice
3 c. water

Cook 1 cup wild rice in 3 cups water for 45 minutes. Drain, you should have 3 cups cooked rice. Add rice to beef. Form into patties. Place on cookie sheet and freeze. Package and take out as wanted either broil or do on outside grill. Season as wanted.
