HEALTH BREAD 
1 c. quick or old-fashioned oats
1 c. graham or whole wheat flour
1 c. ready-to-eat bran cereal (not flakes)
1 c. raisins (optional)
1 c. water
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sour milk or buttermilk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Stir together the oats, flour, bran cereal, raisins, water, salt, sugar, soda and sour milk in a medium bowl. Stir well and turn batter into greased loaf pan. Bake for 50-60 minutes. Makes 1 loaf of very heavy bread.
