HEALTH BREAD 
2 c. raisins
2 c. water
2 c. graham or wheat flour
2 c. quick oatmeal
2 c. All Bran cereal
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. sour milk (or buttermilk)

Combine raisins and water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 5 minutes; cool slightly. Combine the flour, oatmeal, bran cereal, salt, baking soda, sugar, and sour milk; mix well. Add the raisin/water mixture and pour batter into 2 large greased loaf pans or 4 small ones. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Stays moist in refrigerator. Great for breakfast.
