DIJON PORK CHOPS | |
3 tbsp. plain bread crumbs 1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp. fresh parsley 1 to 2 tsp. oil 1 tsp. pepper 2 pork chops 2 tsp. Dijon mustard Combine bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, oil and pepper. Mix well. Set aside. Spread pork chops with mustard. Press chops into bread crumb mixture using all. Spray foil and broiler pan with non-stick cooking spray. Broil for 5 to 6 inches away from heat. Turn once until done. |
