PORK CHOPS WITH DIJON MUSTARD 
Pork chops
Pepper
Dijon mustard
Onions
1 can mushroom soup, undiluted

Season with pepper, then coat each pork chop with mustard. Sear chops. Slice onions and add can of soup. Simmer in skillet covered for 1 1/2 hour. May be thickened.
