1 German chocolate cake mix
14 oz. pkg. caramels
7 oz. sweetened condensed milk
1 stick butter
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
Pecans

Mix cake as directed on box. Bake 1/2 mixture in 9 x 13 inch pan for 15 minutes. Melt caramels, butter and milk; blend together. Cool for 5 minutes then pour over baked cake. Pour remaining cake mix over caramel. Top with chocolate chips and nuts. Bake 25 more minutes.
