PEACH CRISP | |
4 c. fresh peaches, peeled and sliced 2 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 c. flour 1/2 c. packed brown sugar 1/4 c. butter, softened 1 tsp. cinnamon Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place sliced peaches in a 9 inch pan or dish and sprinkle with lemon juice. Measure remaining ingredients into a small bowl and work with pastry blender until crumbly. Spread over peaches. Bake about 30 minutes. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream. Serves 6. |
