PEACH CRISP 
4 or 5 peeled, sliced fresh peaches
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread peaches in a 9 inch pie plate. Drizzle with lemon juice. Mix sugar, graham cracker crumbs, nuts and cinnamon. Sprinkle over peaches. Dot with butter. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve warm or cold with cream or ice cream.
