MEXICAN BEANS AND FRANKS | |
1/2 lb. frankfurters, cut in 1 1/2" pieces 1/2 c. diced green peppers 2 tsp. chili powder 2 tbsp. butter 1 (16 oz.) can Campbell's pork and beans in tomato sauce 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese 3 c. cooked elbow macaroni 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, drained and chopped In saucepan, brown frankfurters and cook green pepper with chili powder in butter until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Heat, stir occasionally. Makes about 6 1/2 cups. |
