MICROWAVE EASY RAISIN FUDGE 
1 1/4 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. Half and Half milk or evaporated milk
1/2 c. butter, cut up
Dash salt
2 bars (4 oz. each) sweet baking chocolate, broken into pieces
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Combine marshmallows, sugar, Half and Half milk, butter and salt in 3 quart casserole. Mix well. Microwave on High for 3 to 4 minutes, or until marshmallows puff. Stir until mixture is blended and most marshmallows are melted. Add chocolate, nuts and vanilla. Stir until chocolate melts. Pour into buttered 9-inch square baking dish or buttered loaf dish. Chill for at least 3 hours, or until set.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
