BLUEBERRY TIMBALES 
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
2 tsp. grated orange rind
2 c. blueberries
Tart shells

Combine sour cream with sugar and orange rind. Gently fold half the blueberries into the sour cream mixture. Spoon into tart shells and cover with remaining blueberries. Makes 8-10 tarts.
