PINEAPPLE TORTE 
20-25 graham crackers, crushed (1 1/2 c.)
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
1 c. lukewarm milk
1 lb. marshmallows
1 pt. whipping cream, whipped stiff
1 lg. can drained, crushed pineapple
1/2 c. nut meats, chopped

Thoroughly blend graham crackers, butter and sugar. Press into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Combine milk and marshmallows in saucepan. Put on low heat to dissolve. Don't use higher heat to rush this.

When dissolved, let stand until cold. Then add whipped cream, pineapple and nuts. Mix together, pour into the graham cracker crust and chill 2-3 hours before serving.
