CHICKEN BREAST SUPREME 
1 sm. jar Hormel dried beef
6 chicken breasts, split
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 pt. sour cream
6 bacon strips
1 can or fresh mushrooms
1/2 tsp. onion, minced
1/8 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/8 tsp. thyme leaves
Salt
Pepper

Lightly grease bottom of glass, 9 x 13-inch pan. Line pan with shredded dried beef. Wrap chicken breast (rolled) with bacon slices. Set on top of beef. Mix sour cream with soup and seasonings. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle mushrooms on top. Bake at 250 to 300 degrees, uncovered, for 3 hours.
