CHEESE BREAD 
1/2 lb. softened butter
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. beaumonde
2 tbsp. grated onion
1 tsp. mustard
1 lb. Swiss cheese
1 long loaf French bread

Mix together first 6 ingredients. Slice French bread into serving slices, be careful not to cut through the bottom of loaf. Spread slices with mixture. Put a slice of cheese between bread slices. Spread the rest of the mixture over the loaf. Wrap in aluminum foil. Bake 25 minutes at 325 degrees.
