APPLE RAISIN HARVEST COFFEE CAKE 
1 1/2 c. flour
3 3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
2 eggs
1 tbsp. milk
2 c. finely chopped apples
1 c. raisins
Brown sugar for topping

Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar with butter as for pie crust. Add beaten eggs and milk. Stir in apples and raisins. Batter will be stiff. Spread in well greased 9 inch square pan. Sprinkle generously with brown sugar. Bake in 350 degree oven 45-50 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before cutting.
