CAKE MIX CINNAMON ROLLS 
1 box yellow cake mix (not pudding mix)
2 pkg. dry yeast
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. lukewarm water
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. black walnut flavoring
5 c. flour
1/2 c. melted butter
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cinnamon

Dissolve the cake mix, yeast, and salt in lukewarm water. Add flavorings and mix in the flour. Allow to rise for about 1 hour. Punch down. Roll out in rectangular shape on a floured board. Brush with melted butter. Combine the sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over buttered surface. Roll up. Slice 1/2 to 3/4 inches thick. Place on greased baking pan. Let it rise for about 45 minutes. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. May be glazed with a thin powdered sugar frosting.
