BAKED MEAT BALLS 
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. instant minced onion
3 slices bread, cubed
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 lbs. ground beef

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs and milk. Stir in onion, bread, and seasonings. Add beef and mix well. Shape into balls (1/4 cup size, or whatever you desire). Place in shallow pan. Bake 30-40 minutes. (Double the recipe and freeze.) These are handy for spaghetti.
