COCOA BANANA BARS 
2/3 c. oat bran
2/3 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar, granulated
1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
1 lg. banana (1/2 c.) mashed
1/4 c. butter
3 tbsp. corn syrup
2 egg whites, slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. cocoa
2 tsp. butter
1/4 c. powdered sugar
2-2 1/2 tsp. warm water

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 8 inch square pan. Combine oat bran, flour, granulated sugar and 1/3 cup cocoa. Add combined banana, 1/4 cup butter, corn syrup, egg whites and vanilla; mix well. Pour into prepared pan, spreading evenly. Bake 23-25 minutes or until center is set. Cool, cut into bars.

Combine 2 teaspoons cocoa and 2 teaspoons butter. Stir in powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon warm water. Gradually add remaining 1-1 1/2 teaspoons water to make a medium-thick glaze, mixing well. Drizzle glaze over brownies. Makes 9 servings.
