CRABMEAT DIP | |
1/3 c. mayonnaise 1 tbsp. minced onion 2 tsp. chipped parsley 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. prepared mustard 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 6 oz. cooked crabmeat 1/2 c. chili sauce In small bowl combine mayonnaise, onion, parsley, salt, garlic powder, mustard and cream cheese. Mix until blended. Stir in crab meat. Chill in refrigerator 2 hours or overnight. Turn onto serving plate and spread chili sauce over crabmeat mixture. Serve with cocktail bread, crackers, or vegetables. Yields 2 cups. |
