COCKTAIL MEATBALLS

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
Salt and pepper

SAUCE:

2 bottles chili sauce
1 jar grape jelly

Brown ground beef. Add all other ingredients. Simmer for 1 1/2 hours and serve.
