BREAD PUDDING 
2 bread heels plus 2 1/2 slices of bread
1 stick butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 heaping tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
6 eggs or 12 egg whites
1 can evaporated milk (tall can)
2 c. sugar
2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. milk
1/2 stick butter

Pinch bread into small pieces. Add eggs, evaporated milk, 2 cups sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 stick of melted butter. Mix well. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes. Mix 2/3 cup sugar and flour. Then add remaining ingredients. Cook until sauce thickens. Pour over cooked pudding.
