LIZZIE'S BREAD PUDDING | |
6 slices loaf bread 1 lg. can evaporated milk 1 1/2 c. sugar 3 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1 dash salt Raisins, pecans & nutmeg Soak bread in half can milk and half can water for 15 minutes. Beat eggs; add sugar, remainder of milk and rest of ingredients, except for raisins, pecans and nutmeg. Chop raisins and pecans and sprinkle over top. Sprinkle nutmeg over all. Bake at 375 degrees for approximately 1 hour. |
