BLUEBERRY STREUSEL COFFEE CAKE 
1 cup shortening (Crisco)
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 eggs
1/2 cup dairy sour cream
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
2 cups blueberries
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease 13x9-inch baking pan. Set aside.

Mix shortening, sugar, eggs and dairy sour cream together; add vanilla. Combine all dry ingredients and add to mixture. Blend well. Fold in blueberries (well drained). Transfer to prepared pan.

STREUSEL TOPPING:

3/4 cup sugar
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
6 tbsp. butter

Mix well and sprinkle on top of coffee cake.

Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes or until toothpick in center comes out clean.
