BLUEBERRY STREUSEL CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. Crisco (vegetable shortening)
2 eggs
3 c. all-purpose flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
blueberries

Beat well sugar, Crisco and eggs. Add the rest (except for the blueberries) Mix well. Add blueberries and mix gently by hand. Makes a thick batter. Put in a greased tube pan.

STREUSEL:

1 c. brown sugar
4 tsp. all-purpose flour
4 tsp. cinnamon
4 tsp. butter

Mix streusel ingredients and sprinkle evenly on top of cake batter.

Bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
