CHILI CHEESE SOUP DIP 
This is great for fall and winter gatherings.

1 lb. ground beef, browned and drained
onion and bell peppers, chopped (optional)
1 can chili
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 (8 oz.) jar taco sauce (hot, medium or mild)
garlic powder, to taste

Mix all ingredients. Simmer in Crock-Pot. Serve with your favorite chip.
