CHICKEN ALA ORANGE 
4 chicken breasts
2 tbsp. oil
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 med. onion, sliced
1/2 green pepper, sliced
1/3 c. orange juice (canned frozen, thawed)
1/3 c. water
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. parsley
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. ginger

In skillet, brown chicken on all sides in hot oil; sprinkle with paprika. Arrange onion and green pepper over chicken. Combine juice concentrate, water, brown sugar, parsley, soy and ginger; pour over chicken. Cover and simmer 45 minutes. Serve with rice. Makes 4 servings.
