CHICKEN & BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
5 chicken breast halves, cooked
1 box Stove Top stuffing for chicken
1 loaf bread
1 box frozen broccoli
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. water
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. chicken broth

Boil chicken until done (save broth). Cook broccoli (stove or microwave). In large bowl, place stuffing mix, 1 loaf of bread in pieces and 1 cup of water; mix well. In large casserole dish layer stuffing on bottom, broccoli, then chicken pieces peeled from bones.

In a separate bowl mix 2 cans cream of chicken soup, 1/2 cup of milk and 1/2 cup chicken broth (from boiled chicken). Pour mixture over top of ingredients in casserole dish. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
