1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. peanut butter
1/4 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 c. sour milk
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Prepare cake pan by lightly grease and flour pan. Mix all ingredients and bake in 350 degree oven for 50-60 minutes.

ICING:

1 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. butter
Hot water

Blend together adding enough hot water for easy spreading.
