CHEESE ENCHILADAS 
1 1/2 pkgs. corn tortillas
Oil
1 bunch green onions, cut up
1 can red chili sauce
1 1/2 lbs. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can olives (optional)
1 lb. hamburger (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Take a frying pan and heat oil, soften tortillas in oil being careful not to fry them. Drain on paper towel. Fill with cheese and green onions. Roll up and place seam down in 9 x 13 inch pan. Pour a little sauce in bottom of pan. When all are rolled up, pour remaining sauce over and top with remaining cheese and olives. Bake for 20 minutes.
