CHEESE ENCHILADAS | |
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese 2 c. grated Cheddar 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 1/2 c. chopped green onion 1 jar of picante sauce 1 tsp. cumin 1 pkg. of 10 flour tortillas Mix in large bowl cream cheese, 1 cup of Cheddar and Monterey Jack, onion, pepper, and cumin, and 1/2 jar of picante sauce. Put large spoon full in center of each flour tortilla and roll up. Place in baking dish and sprinkle with remaining cheese and picante sauce. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. |
