HOMEMADE ICE CREAM 
2 qt. milk
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 c. condensed milk
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
6 eggs
1 1/2 tbsp. vanilla

Combine "milks" and scald over low heat. Remove from heat. Mix sugar, eggs and cornstarch together and gradually add to scalded milk. When cool, add vanilla or whatever flavor you prefer. Makes 1 gallon.
