1/3 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. oil
3 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 c. water

Mix everything together. Pour into 9 x 13 inch ungreased pan. Bake 30-35 minutes at 350 degrees.
