2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 c. brown sugar
4 eggs
4 c. flour
3 c. oatmeal, processed to fine powder (in blender or processor)
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
24 oz. chocolate chips
1 (8 oz.) Hershey's bar, grated
1 tsp. salt
3 c. nuts, chopped

Cream butter and both sugars. Beat in eggs and vanilla. In separate bowl, mix flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Stir into creamed mixture. Blend thoroughly then stir in the two chocolates and the nuts. Roll into balls and place 2 inches apart on a cookie sheet. Bake in preheated 375 degree oven for 6 minutes. Makes 112 cookies. Recipe can be halved.
