H.'S SHRIMP CASSEROLE 
1 lb. shrimp, cooked, peeled
1 (1 lb.) carton cottage cheese
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. crumbled saltines
1/2 lb. butter
Garlic salt

Sprinkle bottom of 9 x 13 inch casserole generously with garlic salt. Place shrimp in casserole and cover with cottage cheese. Sprinkle in almonds and then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Cover with crumbled saltines. Pour butter on top. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
