SAUSAGE BREAD | |
2 loaves frozen dough bread 8 oz. cheddar cheese, grated 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated 1 can mushrooms, chopped 1 jar black olives, chopped 1 jar green olives, chopped 1 lb. sausage 1 c. bacon bits 2 tbsp. butter Parmesan cheese Thaw bread dough and let rise. Cook sausage until brown; drain. Saute pepper in 1 tablespoon butter. Roll dough as thin as possible. Layer remaining ingredients except butter and Parmesan cheese over dough. Roll up and seal ends. Brush loaves with remaining butter and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 400 degrees until bread is done (about 12 minutes). Slice like French bread and eat sandwich style. Makes 2 loaves. Can be wrapped in foil and baked later. |
