DELICIOUS SCALLOPED CORN 
1 can whole kernel corn
15 Ritz or Saltine crackers
1 beaten egg
1 can cream corn
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. milk

Pour both cans of corn into deep casserole dish. Coarsely crush crackers and add to casserole. Add all remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until top is lightly brown.
