GOURMET POTATOES 
2 lb. bag Oreida frozen hash browns
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped onions

Blend all of above except potatoes. Then add potatoes. Place in 9 x 12 inch dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Will freeze up to 2 weeks.
